The Royal North of Ireland Yacht Club strives to provide an outstanding level of service to its members and visitors. We understand that sometimes you may experience things at the Club that may not be up to the standards you might expect – this could relate to a drink, a meal, cleanliness, a course or just a general observation. If this is the case, in the first instance please pass your concern directly to the nearest member of staff or the committee who will strive to resolve your issue immediately.
If your concern cannot be resolved and you wish to make a complaint you may do so in the following ways:
- By Email or letter for informal response from the Committee
- By Email of letter for informal (and minuted) response from the Committee
You should be assured that all complaints received will be dealt with appropriately and professionally.
