1. Bookings are only accepted from Club members
  2. Charges for the venues are outlined in the booking form and must be paid prior to or on the date of the event.
  3. Cancellation of bookings made will be accepted without penalty up to 30 days prior to the date of the event. If cancellation is made between 30 days and 14 days prior, the Club will reserve the right to charge 50% of the price of the room booked, and if within 14 days the full hire fees.
  4. Members booking events are reminded of the Club rules relating to guests:-
    • Members must sign-in all of their guests per Club rules and be aware of the rules relating to the number of times a guest may attend the Club in any one year.
    • Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all times whilst they are in Club premises.
  5. All beverages must be purchased from the Club bar, members booking Club rooms are not permitted to bring their own beverages for consumption in Club premises. Payment for beverages must be made prior to or during the event. Under Club rules members are not permitted to run accounts or tabs for beverages.  Payments can be made by members using their Membership Card or by members and guests using cash, credit card or debit card.
  6. All food must be purchased from the Club franchised caterers, members booking Club rooms are not permitted to bring their own food for consumption in club premises.
  7. Payment for food must be made directly to the franchised caterers.
  8. Whilst the Club will always be ready to discuss catering issues with any member, it cannot accept responsibility for the pricing, standards or service of food provided by its franchised caterer. Any issues of this nature must be directed to the caterer.
  9. Members wishing to bring in their own AV, video or other electrical equipment for use during the event are responsible for its safety and safe operation at all times whilst in use.
  10. Any special requirements for an event booking will be discussed at the time of the booking and any additional costs agreed.
  11. Members are asked to ensure that any items or equipment used for the event are removed immediately following it, or within a pre-agreed timescale at the time of booking.
  12. Members are required to comply with Club health and safety, smoking and any other Club policies and pertinent Club rules whilst they and their guests are in Club premises.
  13. The Club is not responsible for any loss or damage to members or guests personal belongings during the period of the event or for any loss or damage to any equipment or other items brought into Club premises for use during the event.
