RYA Powerboat Level 2

This qualification applies to powerboats up to 10m in length and focuses on low speed close quarters handling, man overboard recovery, an introduction to driving at planing speed, collision regulations and basic coastal navigation – lots more to boot!

This course is the basis for the ICC, International Certificate of Competence, which is widely accepted across Europe.

 

Teaching ratio 3:1 candidates/instructor.

Course duration: 2 days (0900hrs – 1700hrs).

Cost for members £160,  non-members £190.

Early season course dates, at time of posting, are:

18/19 April – booked out.

02/03 May – 1 place left.

09/10 May – 3 places available.

16/17 May – 2 places left.

30/31 May – 1 place left.

06/07 June – 3 places left (double course).

27/28 June – 3 places available.

Mid-week courses available subject to demand.

Dates for later in the season will be released in due course.
